Report any loss or theft within 24 hours of discovery. Please include the records below when you send us your claim form:
- Original receipts (not copies)
- All supporting documents. For example, if we need to reimburse you for transportation we’ll require receipts documenting how much you have spent. An example of a supporting document is evidence that you have reported the loss of your handbag or wallet to the police.
All claims are processed within 14 days. Any claims that require emergency assistance will be processed at point of notification. Please see policy terms and conditions for more information.

- Personal action plan, which you can get from your identity theft expert. It includes a log to keep an accurate record of everything you do.
- Copies of letters and details of all transactions. If you make a telephone call record the date, time and duration.
- Records of your expenses such as phone charges, receipts and postage
